Intellectual Property Group, Inc. is a technology asset management corporation.  IPG manages both domestic and international IP asset portfolios for middle market and large scale corporations and universities. Core assets are from the IT, Energy, Media, Biotech, Software & Semiconductor sectors with an emphasis on embedded systems having multiple market applications. 

IPG’s primary value proposition for partners is our ability to accelerate the commercialization of technology and resulting investment monetization.  IPG extracts maximum value from intangible assets through non-competitive multiple market application and integration of foundational assets. 

IPG works closely with private equity investment sources in the funding of IP asset commercialization creating opportunities for IP developers as well as companies having market needs.  Assets under management, are either commercialized through an OEM divisional project, carve out or spinout. 

IPG's constant objective is to apply its managed intellectual property assets & projects within its portfolios into as many non-competing diversified markets as possible, allowing any cyclical downswings in global markets from one application to be mitigated by upswings in others.  This continually creates value for an asset ensuring many times a negotiated IP Asset Annuity for developers.
